Start water service
Call our office to confirm service availability at your property and request a Water Users Agreement. Bring a photo ID and arrange payment of the required deposit and connection fees.
If you rent or lease your home, a completed landlord agreement is also required. Each service location needs its own agreement and meter.

Fire hydrant use
Initial fee: $300. Use of 0–10,000 gallons: $63.50.
SCWA does not provide fire protection. Its system is intended for drinking water and cannot supply the water volume required for fire suppression.
